Delicious Figs
This fig tree has, by far, the BEST figs I've ever tasted. The woman who owns it hates figs as do her kids and so they go to waste every years. This year, she was kind enough to let us pick as many as we wanted. I took all the ones that had fallen...because they were tree ripened and somewhat dried and had fallen off....the flavor was intense and sweet...magnificent! Evan brought boxes to pack the ones from the tree to keep them from bruising.
